2025 Annual Chatham House Tour: Featuring Beautiful West Chatham Homes

The Annual House Tour is back for another year in 2025! For those looking to enjoy the stunning views and gorgeous gardens of some of Chatham’s most alluring homes, this event is not to be missed! Join us for an exciting tour of some beautiful homes within West Chatham. The funds raised will go to the Chatham Historical Society and to maintaining the Atwood Museum. Reservations are required for this event.

• Purchase tickets online. A digital ticket with addresses and locations of the houses will be emailed the day before the tour.
• Parking may be limited, so carpooling is heavily encouraged. Parking details will be released closer to the event.
• Protective booties will be provided at each home
• In the event of heavy rain, the event will be cancelled
• Tickets are non-refundable.
