Procreate and iPhoto for Painters

This course will introduce you to the basics of the Procreate app and show you how to use Procreate to create works entirely on the iPad by painting, drawing and collage. The many tools and options in the Procreate app give artists a huge range of options for producing almost any style of two dimensional art. It can be daunting to approach all the possible options and that’s where this course can help. With a little instruction, you can produce beautiful works from illustration to fine art, and even some simple animation. 

Procreate is an app that runs only on Apple iPad. An iPad and the Procreate app are required for this class. In the Apple App Store, this is the icon for the Procreate app. 

It is also strongly suggested that you have a stylus, preferably an Apple Pencil, to work on your iPad. You will need some way to get visual material into your iPad. The iPad itself will take photos, or they can be transferred from a smart phone or digital camera.
