Christmas by the Sea Tree Lighting and Holiday Stroll

The Chatham Merchants Association is proud to present the annual Tree Lighting & Holiday Stroll on Main Street as part of the Christmas by the Sea weekend of festivities. Friday night's events include the Children's Light Parade from the Community Center which precedes Santa's arrival at Sears Park, courtesy of the Chatham Fire Department; carols performed by our local school choirs; Twas the Night before Christmas recited by Scott Hamilton; and of course--the Tree Lighting! After the Tree Lighting, events will continue in many local shops, Santa will greet children in the Chamber Info Booth on Main Street, and free horse & carriage rides will depart from the Town Hall parking lot.
