CREATE A FALL ARRANGEMENT OCT. 26

Create a beautiful fall arrangement in time for Halloween and holiday gatherings with floral designer Sonny Gada on Sat., Oct. 26 at 1 p.m.
 
The workshop will be held in the c. 1829 Caleb Nickerson Homestead at 1107 Orleans Road, North Chatham. Each participant will bring home a completed arrangement. Sonny will provide vases, flowers and everything necessary. If you wish to create your arrangement in a sugar pumpkin, please bring a sugar pumpkin that has been cleaned out.
 
Sonny, who lives in Chatham, has been a floral designer and horticulturist for over 46 years. His floral arrangements have been featured in the Boston Museum of Fine Arts annual event “Art in Bloom.” He has also created his own local C3TV show “Sonny’s Floral Show” for the past 24 years. A teacher and lecturer, Sonny brings a unique approach to floral arranging, approaching it as an art, and using all of nature as his palette.
 
Preregistration is required by Oct. 21 as space is limited. The cost of the program is $20.
