Public Listening Session Jan. 29th "Waterways Bylaw and Regulations"


A public listening session will be held with Special Town Counsel Attorney Amy Kwesell from KP Law, on Tuesday, January 29th, beginning at 4:00 pm in the large meeting room at the Community Center located at 702 Main St. The purpose of this listening session is to solicit public comments on the consistency between the current waterways Bylaw, Waterways Regulations, and State and/or Federal Regulations. No proposed changes to the Bylaw or Regulations will be presented or discussed.
