Santa Claus will arrive at the Chatham Fish Pier this Sunday, Dec. 1, at 1 p.m.
The Jolly Elf will be escorted to the pier by the U.S. Coast Guard on one of its local rescue boats. The famous CG36500 rescue boat that Santa has hitched a ride on in the past has been retired. Once on shore, he’ll meet with kids and hand out candy canes before climbing aboard a fire truck and heading to the community center.
At the community center, Santa will meet with admirers and will have gifts for each child.
Everyone is invited to attend Santa’s arrival. Parking at the fish pier is likely to be full, so carpooling is advised.
