Senior Connections: Local Services and Opportunities

Come to the library and meet represaentatives from Elder Services of Cape Cod & the Islands, Chatham Council on Aging, Chatham FISH and other local organizations. They will share information,answer questions and make connections with you or a loved one. There is a wide range of health and wellness,social,educational and outreach programs and services in our local area.
