Modern Workspace offers flexible month to month offices space for individuals and small businesses. We offer seasonal and annual memberships. Our model is centered around flexibility and providing an environment where our members can focus on work- we handle everything else.

We have four different types of memberships:

Dedicated common
Full time common
10 day common

All memberships are month to month and inclusive of the following amenities:

Reciprocity between locations
Free parking

Conference room/phone both usage
