Cape Cod Healthcare Announces October Blood Drives

 
(Hyannis, September 30) Cape Cod Hospital and Falmouth Hospital are in urgent need of blood donations. Numerous blood drives are being held across Cape Cod in October to benefit Cape Cod Healthcare (CCHC). Cape Cod and Falmouth hospitals must have at least one week’s worth of blood on hand at all times. Since each unit collected or purchased only lasts 42 days, it is a constant challenge to maintain sufficient supply. All the blood collected at Cape Cod Healthcare blood drives help our families, friends and neighbors. 
 
All donors to CCHC blood drives in October will receive a Wendy’s gift card.

  • October 2: 9:40 a.m. – 4 p.m., Seamen’s Bank, 4355 Route 6, Eastham
  • October 3: 11:10 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital Cape Cod, 311 Service Road, Sandwich 
  • October 7: 8:40 a.m. – 3 p.m., Cotuit Federated Church, 40 School St., Cotuit
  • October 8: 9:40 a.m. – 4 p.m., Bass River Rod & Gun Club, 621 Route 6A, Yarmouth Port
  • October 9: 10:40 a.m. – 5 p.m., Harwich Police Department, 183 Sisson Road, Harwich
